City human rights law and protections for Domestic Workers

Join us for an informative workshop hosted by Carroll Gardens Nanny Association in partnership with the NYC Commission on Human Rights to learn about the rights and workplace protections available to domestic workers under New York City law.

During this session, participants will learn about fair treatment in the workplace, anti-discrimination protections, wages, working hours, and employment benefits. We will also discuss how to file a complaint and access resources if your workplace rights have been violated.

Whether you are a nanny, house cleaner, home care attendant, or another domestic worker, this workshop is an opportunity to learn about your rights, access valuable information, and feel empowered to advocate for fair and respectful working conditions.
