Marching with Domestic Workers in D.C.

On January 21, an estimated 2.9 million people marched across cities in the U.S. in a massive act of collective resistance against misogyny, xenophobia, and racism, making the Women’s March the largest protest in the country’s history. CGA and members of Hopewell Care, our childcare worker cooperative, marched with the National Domestic Workers Alliance and other groups led by women of color and immigrants to show our support for building a just, inclusive nation. We are humbled and proud to have walked with these social justice leaders and look forward to¬†supporting the development of new leaders in this movement.
