On January 17, 2017, we held the first ever CGA Resident Forum, a meeting with tenants, Grenadier staff, CGA staff, and CGA board members. The goals were to increase transparency and communication between tenants, CGA, and our property management company, and to work together to improve livability, safety, and trust in the community. We shared a hearty meal, then tenants had the opportunity to share their main issues and concerns. Grenadier, our property management company, identified action steps to resolve these and shared information for tenants to get timely repairs.
The CGA Resident Forum will be held quarterly to ensure regular follow-ups and accountability. A summary of issues and action steps identified during the Forum will be sent out to all CGA tenants in a newsletter.
